ONLINE SALE

DURATION

• This timed auction will start on Friday 19th February at 12noon and will continuously run through until 12noon on Monday 22nd February.
• The timed auction will end in a staggered approach with lots ending every minute. This sale is subject to the 2 minute extension rule, whereby if a bid is received within 2 minutes of the closing time, the closing time will extend by a further 2 minutes and will continue to do so until the 2 minutes has elapsed on the final bid.
• Payment & Collection as from Tuesday 23rd February.
• All items must be collected and paid for within two weeks of the sale completing.

VIEWING

• All lots can be viewed in the machinery yard on Friday and Monday.

SALE INFO

• Throughout the sale buyers will be notified by email if they have been out bid by another bidder.
• The VAT status will be shown on each individual lot so please be aware of this amount.
• Please note that items will not be sold if the reserve price is not reached – you will be informed after the sale if your bid was successful or not.

DESCRIPTION

• All items are described and guaranteed as provided by the seller. No liability is taken by the auctioneer. 

CONTRACTS

• All accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non withdrawable.

FEES

• 5% commission up to £4,000 and 2.5% after.

ONLINE BIDDING

• The person posting the bids online has to be the person who has registered for the auction.

LOSS OF ONLINE SERVICE

• While all reasonable efforts are made to provide a reliable online experience, no liability whatsoever can be accepted for any loss of the service or the ability to bid.

REGISTRATION

• Remember to bid you will have to register with the online auction as an online buyer (no deposit required).
• No payment is taken from the card details entered.
