ONLINE SALE
DURATION
This timed auction will start on Friday 25th September at 12noon and will continuously run through until 12noon on Monday 28th September
Payment & Collection as from Tuesday 29th September.
All items must be collected and paid for within two weeks of the sale completing.
SALE INFO
Throughout the sale buyers will be notified by email if they have been out bid by another bidder.
The VAT status will be shown on each individual lot so please be aware of this amount.
Please note that items will not be sold if the reserve price is not reached – you will be informed after the sale if your bid was successful or not.
The timed auction will end in a staggered approach with lots ending every minute. This sale is subject to the 2 minute extension rule, whereby if a bid is received within 2 minutes of the closing time, the closing time will extend by a further 2 minutes and will continue to do so until the 2 minutes has elapsed on the final bid.
DESCRIPTION
All items are described as provided by the seller.
CONTRACTS
All accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non withdrawable.
FEES
5% commission up to £4,000 and 2.5% after.
ONLINE BIDDING
The person posting the bids online has to be the person who has registered for the auction.
LOSS OF ONLINE SERVICE
While all reasonable efforts are made to provide a reliable online experience, no liability whatsoever can be accepted for any loss of the service or the ability to bid.
REGISTRATION
· Remember to bid you will have to register with the online auction as an online buyer (no deposit required).
